| Patching Therapy in Children with Amblyopia |

| What the study is about. |
To learn more about the treatment outcomes of patching therapy in children with amblyopia.
Amblyopia (also know as lazy eye) is when someone has poor vision in one eye that cannot be improved with glasses.
Current treatment involves wearing a patch over the unaffected eye in order to improve vision in the amblyopic eye. |
| Who's needed. |
Children aged 4 to 7 years with ambylopia (lazy eye) currently going through patching therapy as well as children without amblyopia aged 4 to 7 years. |
| What's involved. |
We assess motion perception, depth perception and visual acuity using computer games.

| Time committment. |
Three, 1-hour appointments: before patching begins, after 6 and after 12 months of patching. |

Participants will receive an honorarium for their participation.
